Designed for the way small plumbing teams work✓ Keep your existing phone workflow✓ Human handoff stays in control✓ Review outcomes together
Simple by design

Catch the inquiry.
Hand it to your team.

WrenchBack adds a practical follow-up step around your existing process. Your team makes the service and scheduling decisions.

01 / NOTICE

A call goes unanswered

A new customer calls while the office is busy, a technician is on a job, or the team is closed.

02 / ACKNOWLEDGE

A short reply goes out

An approved message lets the caller know the business will follow up and gives them a way to share what they need.

03 / HAND OFF

Your team takes it from there

The reply reaches the right person, who decides whether and when to call back, book, or escalate.

Built around your shop

Keep the tools.
Improve the follow-up.

We start by understanding how calls are handled today. Then we configure and test one focused workflow with your team before it goes live.

✓Your number and systems: we plan around the tools you already use.
✓Your approved wording: you review the message and decide when it sends.
✓Your team in control: urgent or unclear requests go to a person.
✓A weekly scorecard: see replies, handoffs, bookings, and usage costs.
Start small. Measure first.

A 30-day pilot with a clear finish line.

We agree on the workflow, baseline, and success measures before launch. At the end, you decide whether continuing makes sense.

Founding pilot offer

One focused workflow, measured together.

Setup and first month include configuration, testing, monitored rollout, and a weekly review. Third-party phone or messaging fees are separate and approved in advance.

$1,000$500 setup + $500 first month
Ask about a pilot

Pilot price is an initial offer, not a guarantee of results. After the first month, ongoing service is $500/month if both sides choose to continue. No promised number of recovered jobs or revenue.

Good questions

Before we turn anything on.

Will I need a new phone system?

The goal is to work with your current setup where practical. We review how your line is configured before recommending any change. Nothing goes live until you approve the workflow and test it with your team.

Does WrenchBack book jobs automatically?

No. The pilot acknowledges the inquiry and routes the reply to your team. Your staff decides availability, urgency, estimates, and scheduling.

What happens with emergency requests?

The workflow will not diagnose or dispatch. We agree on clear wording and a human escalation path. Callers are directed to emergency services when appropriate; your team defines the business-specific handoff.

How will we know whether it worked?

We agree on a baseline and track eligible missed calls, response time, caller replies, handoffs, confirmed bookings, opt-outs, and usage costs. We review your records together and note what cannot be attributed to the workflow.

What does the monthly price include?

The pilot includes one workflow, monitoring, weekly scorecards, and reasonable adjustments. Third-party usage charges are separate, with a written cap agreed before activation.
